Folks. By the end of this year we could have an official Sonics-coming-back situation.
KOMO's Chris Daniels reported it: Adam Silver says NBA operational teams have toured Climate Pledge Arena and it could be ready for a team in five weeks. Expansion decision by the end of 2026. Vegas is the other site — but Seattle has the building.
And Dave's still sour. We lost the Sonics, got Kevin Durant for a minute, and then never had a pro team for LeBron's ENTIRE career. One of the best to ever do it never came to our city (the Crossover doesn't count).
Tap in — Dave's tracking this one all the way to the announcement.
